Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase for unopened products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs for both delivery and return of unopened products.

If your product is defective or incorrect based on your order receipt, please contact us at coconutg707@gmail.com for verification and exchange arrangements.

If your return is approved, we will either issue a full refund (including shipping) or send a replacement item at no extra cost—whichever you prefer.

Gold Coconut Glow is not responsible for lost shipments during transit via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. However, in some cases, we may issue a refund at our discretion, applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
